High Intensity Training

If you are looking to get in the best shape of your life this is the group for you.  Our H.I.T classes combine old school strength training, flexibility / mobility training, cardiovascular / aerobic exercise. No matter what your level of training experience may be, our evaluation will place you at the appropriate level of progression.
